1. Why this matters
Canalhouse Network works because members trust us with their profiles and photos, and trust that introductions will be made with care. This policy sets out what we expect from everyone who uses the Network. It forms part of our Terms of service.
2. Respect members' profiles
Don't scrape, crawl or download profiles or photos in bulk, whether by hand or with automated tools.
Don't copy, screenshot to share, republish or redistribute profiles, photos or other content from the Network, or use it to build another list or database.
3. Use introductions
Contact with members happens through introductions made by Canalhouse. Don't try to find or contact members outside the Network to get around that process, and don't use the Network to market to members.
Canalhouse decides whether to make an introduction and may decline a request.
4. Be honest and kind
Don't misrepresent who you are, who you work for, or what your project is.
Don't harass, threaten, pressure or abuse anyone you meet through the Network, including Canalhouse staff.
5. Keep your account to yourself
Accounts and sign-in links are personal. Don't share your account or forward your sign-in links, and don't let anyone else use your subscription.
Don't try to get into parts of the Network you aren't allowed to see, interfere with how it works, or get around its security or bot protection.
6. What happens if the policy is broken
If we believe someone has broken this policy, we may warn them, remove content, or suspend or end their access, with or without notice. We may also take other steps the law allows.
If you see something that worries you, please tell us through canalhouse.agency/contact.
