1. In short
Canalhouse Network uses only essential cookies: the small files a website needs to sign you in, credit a referral, take a payment and keep bots out. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
Because these cookies are needed for the Network to work, we don't ask for consent to set them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but parts of the Network, such as signing in, may stop working.
2. Sign-in session
Set by: Canalhouse, using Supabase authentication.
Purpose: keeps you signed in after you follow a sign-in link, so you don't need a new link on every page.
Duration: for your signed-in session, renewed while you use the Network, and cleared when you sign out.
3. Partner referral (ch_via)
Set by: Canalhouse, when you arrive through a referral partner's link.
Purpose: remembers which partner referred you, so that if you subscribe, the right partner is credited.
Duration: 60 days.
4. Checkout
Set by: Stripe, on its checkout and billing pages.
Purpose: processes your payment securely and helps prevent fraud.
Duration: set by Stripe. See Stripe's own privacy and cookie information for details.
5. Bot protection
Set by: Cloudflare Turnstile, on forms such as the application and sign-in forms.
Purpose: helps tell people from automated bots, without puzzles or tracking for advertising.
Duration: short-lived, set by Cloudflare.
6. Consent records
When someone accepts a proposed profile, we record their consent and the version of the terms they agreed to (the current version is dated September 30, 2026). This is stored in our database, not in a cookie.
7. Changes and contact
If we add a cookie that isn't essential, we'll update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it. Our Privacy policy at network.canalhouse.agency/privacy has more on how we handle your information.
Questions about cookies are welcome. Please get in touch through canalhouse.agency/contact.
